Chartered Accountant and Post graduate in law with over nine years of progressive experience in profit and non profit organisations both large and SMEs and includes business and financial advisory for various organizations such as PwC, Grant Thornton (GT), World Bank (on behalf of GT) etc comprising hand holding and laying procedures for SMEs, due diligence reviews, forensic audits, statutory & internal audits and other business advisory services. Experience includes various multi – national, foreign and domestic clients spread over a range of industries and been involved in a number of cross border transactions, both outbound and inbound, on behalf of strategic and financial investors.

I am quite active in social activities. Currently, I am holding secretary position in Gvriksh (www.gvriksh.in) which is primarily involved in environment protection.

My new venture involves KGS advisor ( initiative to handhold Start-ups and SMEs) and Stemedkids- Innovate learning and education (www.stemedkids.in) – wherein we hold certified summer camps.
